Yoga Balance introduces the yoga student to a beginners version of the Primary Series of the yoga system known as Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Our yoga classes are taught by a professional teacher at yoga centres and community venues in Auckland, New Zealand. As taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois; this movement and meditative process produces heat and sweat to detoxify through controlled breathing and sequenced postures. Facilitating balance and wellbeing, Ashtanga Vinyasa is high energy power yoga and suitable for beginners who are relatively fit with no previous yoga experience.
